Here are my prices for any architectural rendering you want, interior or exterior. Because interior renderings take more time and are more detailed they will cost more than an exterior rendering.


Exterior Rendering: (Basic house is considered as a one story house.)

For a basic house with no color added, just default colors on my program..............$5
For a basic house with colors added, not specified....................................$7
For a specific design of a house, (i.e. specified rooms, and layout) without color....$7
For a basic house with specified colors by you........................................$10
For a specific design of a house with colors, not specified...........................$10
For a specific design of a house with specified colors by you.........................$13
For each additional level on a house..................................................$2 extra per level
Landscaping around the house..........................................................$3 extra
Specific type of landscape around the house (i.e. palm trees, specific bushes, etc.)..$5 extra


Interior Renderings: (Bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms are considered as small rooms. Master bedroom, den, study, office, kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, sitting room, great room, garage, work shed, atrium, foyer, anything not specified as a small room is considered a large room. In the renderings you must specify which room you want rendered. If you want more than one room in the rendering it will be considered one large room.)

*Depending on how many commissions are in prgoress, any one commission may take upwards of two weeks to complete. I also have a large college workload. I will update you on the progress of any commission.

I will not do renderings of large commercial buildings (i.e. shopping plazas, office buildings, casinos, etc.) only residences.
